Boston Library Society Special Meeting

Dear Proprietors,

A Special Meeting of the Proprietors of the Boston Library Society will be held at 10 ½ Beacon Street on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 3:00 pm for the following purposes:

• To consider the proposed merger of the Boston Library Society with and into the Boston Athenaeum, and the related Agreement and Plan of Merger.
• To transact any further business that may properly come before the meeting.
