I understand that the gifted membership must be activated by the recipient within one (1) year of purchase. I also understand that the membership will not be considered activated until the recipient completes the activation form or contacts the Boston Athenaeum Membership Team for further instructions.
I understand that by indicating that I do not want the Boston Athenaeum to share activation instructions with the recipient, I am responsible for notifying the recipient of their membership.
